Our program is structured similarly to our adult courses but includes modifications to suit different age groups. Jiu-Jitsu classes for children start with foundational skills and gradually build up to more advanced techniques. The curriculum is carefully crafted to instill important values such as routine, cooperation, and self-awareness.
